Shipping policy
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- If you haven't received your confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us at care@kaleidora.com.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
- If an item is lost in transit, Kaleidora reserves the right to send a replacement.
- Orders delayed by Australia Post are not eligible for a refund if they are eventually delivered.
Shipping Options & Rates
Australia
- Standard Shipping – $9.90 (5–8 business days)
- Express Shipping – $14.90 (1–4 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping – On all orders over $89 (5–8 business days)
International
- Standard Shipping – $25.00 (15–20 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping – On all orders over $180 (15–20 business days)
Please note: International orders may incur customs duties and local taxes, payable by the recipient. As rates vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
Unfortunately, we're unable to ship orders to addresses in Russia at this time. Any orders placed with a Russian shipping address will be cancelled and refunded.
Tracking Your Order
- Australia & New Zealand – Please allow up to 8 business days before lodging a query.
- Rest of the World – Please allow 15–20 business days for delivery. For queries after 14 business days, please email care@kaleidora.com with your name, address, and order number.
- All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking. Please check your tracking link before contacting us.
Important Delivery Information
- Orders cannot be redirected after dispatch. If you receive a collection slip, please pick up your parcel promptly. Uncollected items will be returned to us after 5 days, and you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
- Items returned to us due to incorrect address details or non-collection will not be refunded. A second postage charge will apply for redelivery.
- If tracking shows your parcel as delivered, Kaleidora cannot be held responsible for replacement.
- Damaged items will be replaced once the faulty product is returned to us.
